The NOW & NEXT Summit, organised by DHL Group, was held in Austin, Texas, on 13–14 October 2025. It brought together more than 500 senior leaders and logistics professionals from around the world to discuss how the sector is responding to today’s challenges and preparing for what lies ahead.
Over two days, discussions focused on resilience, sustainability, digitalisation, and the changing role of technology in logistics. The agenda featured key sectors, including Life Sciences and Healthcare, Energy, Engineering, Manufacturing, Technology, and eRetail, and showed how each is adjusting to an increasingly complex global environment.
Speakers such as Tobias Meyer, CEO of DHL Group, and Katja Busch, Chief Commercial Officer and Head of Customer Solutions and Innovation, shared insights on how collaboration, innovation, and responsibility are transforming global supply chains.
CRYOPDP at the NOW & NEXT Summit
CRYOPDP, part of DHL Health Logistics, participated in the Life Sciences and Healthcare sessions to discuss how its temperature-controlled logistics solutions ensure the safe, timely delivery of critical materials, including clinical trial samples and cell and gene therapies. This reflects the shared commitment within the DHL Health Logistics network to connect science and care through reliable, compliant, and sustainable supply chain solutions.
Delegates also joined interactive sessions and masterclasses designed to encourage collaboration and practical learning. Each session emphasised the importance of combining global reach with local expertise to meet the needs of industries that depend on precision, reliability, and care.
