Price information & surcharges

At CRYOPDP, patient well-being is our top priority amid global challenges such as supply chain disruptions and inflation. Despite the instability in diesel prices affecting the healthcare industry, we are proactively addressing the issue to minimize its impact. While adjusting shipping prices based on location, we’re also making surcharge modifications, including special Peak & Emergency surcharges, to cope with external forces.

Surcharges

Peak and Emergencies

From January 1st, 2024, a Peak & Emergency Surcharge of 10% will apply to the UK and 12% to the following countries:

Africa – South Africa;

Asia – China, Lebanon, Japan, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Russia, Georgia, Israel, Oman, Pakistan, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, Turkey, Singapore;

Europe – Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy,  Moldova, Norway, Poland, Romania, Spain, Sweden, The Netherlands, Ukraine;

Oceania – Australia and New Zealand;

North America – Canada and USA;

South and Central America – Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Guatemala, Mexico, Nicaragua, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela.

Since October 19th, an additional cost of 205 GBP will apply to every shipment exported from the UK to Israel.

Starting from February 1st 2024, a 12% peak and emergency surcharge will be applied to all UK shipments to and from Turkey.

 

Other Surcharges

In the UK, from January 1st, 2024:

  • A Brexit Surcharge of £98.41 will be applicable on shipments originating from the EU to the UK or the UK to the EU;
  • A Dry Ice Surcharge of £2.45 per KG will apply to shipments with Dry Ice.

 

For December 2004:

  • UK Exports – flat fee on air freight – 20GBP
  • UK Exports and UK Imports – flat fee on airport delivery and collection -10GBP per HAWB
