Dry Vapor Shippers

Open cryogenic container with vapour rising inside a lab, prepared for temperature-controlled sample transport - Dry Vapor Shippers

Cryogenic Transport and Storage of Biological Samples (-196 °C to -150 °C)

Our cryogenic dry shippers are designed for the safe transport and storage of cryopreserved biological samples, supporting sample integrity across the cold chain.

The insulated aluminium vessel filled with liquid nitrogen (LN2) maintains a stable cryogenic temperature between -196°C and -150°C for extended periods.

Absorbent materials create a secure dry vapour phase with no free-flowing liquid, enhancing safety and compliance during transport.

Available in multiple sizes and capacities, the containers provide extended autonomy for temperature-sensitive life sciences products.

Optimal Cargo for Cryogenic Dry Vapour Shippers

What transport applications are cryogenic dry vapour shippers suited for?

A wide variety of critical, high-value biological samples requiring controlled conditions, including:

  • Cells
  • Cell and gene therapies
  • Vaccines
  • Patient samples
  • Sperm and oocytes
  • Microorganisms (bacteria, fungi, parasites)

*This list is not exhaustive. Requirements may vary depending on the nature of the products and the duration of transport. Always follow the manufacturer’s guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements for specific products, including the UK Government’s UN3373 packaging guidance.
